Helen has lived in the greater Los Angeles area since she was 8 years old. She attended Pasadena schools and shortly after graduating high school, enrolled in Cosmetology school at Pasadena City College. She graduated and acquired her license in 2014 and has been behind the chair ever since. Helen’s professional experience spans Beverly Hills, Studio City, and Pasadena, where she has worked in diverse environments including upscale salons, music video productions, and private settings with high-profile clients. In 2020, she began developing a private studio concept focused on safety, comfort, and individualized care - providing clients with a discreet, professional space for personalized hair services. Hair Dreams Boutique Salon opened December 1, 2020 nestled in the hills of Pasadena, CA.

After specializing in Hair Extensions for 7 years, Helen began her journey as an educator. She finds immense joy by bringing other stylists into the fabulous world of hair extensions and teaching them to apply hair extensions with integrity and the utmost attention to detail. Helen loves connecting with hair stylists from all over the country and sharing her knowledge and “tips & tricks” of the trade. When she sees other people have the “aha” moment, when everything clicks, that’s the most gratifying part for her.

In 2024, Helen completed her advanced training and became a Certified Trichologist, expanding her expertise as a hair and scalp specialist. This allows her to take a deeper, more personalized approach to her clients’ hair health and restoration journeys.

Helen is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and is a proud member of the American Hair Loss Council.
