Policies

  • A $95 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This secures your time and is applied toward your service. If a deposit is not placed, a card on file is required.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • Less than 48 hours: deposit is forfeited

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged

  • Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

    • 20+ minutes late: your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled

    • If rescheduled, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee

  • All services and hair purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

    If you are not fully satisfied, we’re happy to make adjustments - please notify us within 72 hours of your appointment.

  • All extension and custom hair services are non-refundable.

    • Hair must be installed by our salon to guarantee quality

    • Proper at-home care is required to maintain results

    • We are not responsible for outcomes if care instructions are not followed

  • To maintain a relaxing, one-on-one environment, we ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments (service animals welcome).

  • We accept major credit cards, cash, Zelle, Affirm, Klarna, AfterPay, HSA/FSA, & Cherry Financing.
    (Venmo and personal checks are not accepted.)

  • Pricing may increase annually to reflect continued education, product quality, and service improvements.

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies. We reserve the right to refuse service if policies are not respected.
